Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how JMKprints LLC (“JMKprints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the CoParent Family Organizer mobile application (“CoParent”).

CoParent is an organizational tool for adults. It is not a messaging service, medical-record system, legal service, court-record service, or emergency service.

Information you choose to enter

CoParent may contain family names, adult and child profiles, schedules, care assignments, availability, plans, tasks, expenses, notes, locations, and attachments that you choose to add. You may optionally save the name and HTTPS address of an external health portal and an emergency contact.

Do not enter medical records, diagnoses, medications, insurance information, passwords, access codes, or temporary sign-in links. Version 1 does not provide child or caregiver accounts.

Where family information is stored

Family information is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, it is also stored in your private Apple iCloud and CloudKit storage. If a Family Space owner invites a co-parent, Apple CloudKit makes the shared Family Space available to that invited Apple Account. Apple handles iCloud information under Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

Private event and recurring-schedule details are not included in the shared-family payload. A record marked Share as Busy shares blocked time without its title, notes, children, location, or transportation details. Receipt and confirmation images remain on the device that added them during automatic sync, but they are included if you deliberately create a manual backup.

Subscription and entitlement information

To provide CoParent Household to a subscriber and one invited co-parent using unrelated Apple Accounts, we process a random Family Space identifier, App Store transaction identifiers, subscription product and status, expiration or grace dates, hashed or non-guessable access credentials, and operational timestamps.

This entitlement service does not receive family names, profiles, schedules, child information, expenses, notes, locations, receipts, health-portal links, or emergency contacts. The service is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. using Cloudflare Workers and D1. Cloudflare processes the limited service information on our behalf under its applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Support and diagnostics

CoParent does not automatically send diagnostic reports. If you choose to share a problem report or email support, we receive the information you send. The built-in diagnostic report includes app and device information and record counts and is designed to exclude names, titles, notes, locations, expense amounts, receipts, and family-content details.

How information is used

We use information only to provide and secure CoParent, synchronize authorized Family Spaces, verify subscription access, respond to support requests, diagnose failures, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

Apple processes App Store billing and any iCloud or CloudKit data you choose to use. Cloudflare hosts the limited subscription-entitlement service described above. We may disclose limited information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not authorize these providers to use CoParent information for their own advertising.

Tracking, advertising, analytics, and sale

CoParent does not show third-party ads, include third-party tracking analytics, track you across other companies’ apps or websites, or sell personal information. If this changes, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the change is released.

Retention and deletion

You control local Family Space deletion and manual exports in the app. Deleting local data does not delete copies held by another co-parent or files you previously exported. An owner can end live sharing; a removed participant retains a frozen local copy unless that participant deletes it. iCloud data is subject to the user’s Apple iCloud controls and the app’s deletion actions.

Subscription-entitlement records are retained while needed to provide or restore access and afterward only as reasonably necessary for transaction disputes, security, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. We delete or de-identify these records when they are no longer needed, except where retention is legally required. You may request deletion assistance by emailing owner@jmkprintsllc.com.

Children

CoParent is intended for use by adults. Version 1 does not permit children to create accounts or directly use the service. Adults are responsible for the information they enter about children and for inviting only an appropriate co-parent.

Security

We use Apple’s platform protections, encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, and data minimization to limit the information handled outside private iCloud. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect exported backups because they are readable files containing information you chose to enter.

Changes

We may update this policy as CoParent changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
